Wagner Executive Partners was founded by Alexia Wagner, a behavioral health operator and clinician with more than a decade inside the industry.
Alexia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with a track record of senior and C-suite leadership roles across behavioral health settings, guiding operations at treatment centers ranging from single-site programs to multi-facility organizations. Her expertise spans clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, workforce development, program development, strategic planning and organizational standardization.
This combination of credentials and lived operational experience is uncommon in behavioral health consulting. Most firms approach the industry from one of two angles: clinical specialists who advise on care delivery only, or generalist consultants who apply standard operational frameworks without understanding the complexities of behavioral health. Wagner Executive Partners works from a different position entirely.
